ai & automation

Agents and automations that take repetitive work off your team's plate.

Most companies don't need "more AI" — they need to know which processes to automate first and to see one running end to end. That's exactly what we do: an honest assessment, a measurable pilot, and, when it makes sense, ongoing operation.

What we do

  • AI opportunity assessment

A 2-week diagnostic: we map your processes and prioritize where automation actually pays.

  • AI agents

Assistants that read email, classify requests, draft responses, and execute tasks inside your systems.

  • Knowledge-grounded AI assistants

Customer and internal support with answers grounded in your documents and policies — not made up.

  • Process automation

Flows across your tools — invoicing, CRM, inventory, reporting — without copy-pasting between screens.

  • Integration with your systems

We connect AI to Microsoft 365, Odoo, HubSpot, or your ERP through APIs, with permissions and auditing.

  • Measurement and control

Every automation ships with usage, cost, and error-rate metrics. If it can't be measured, it doesn't ship.

How it looks

Two real flows, on the two channels your customers already use: WhatsApp and the chat on your own site. The assistant understands, answers in seconds, and performs the action — book it, log it, bring in a person — without sending the customer off to call a number or fill in a form.

Packages

Every operation is different, so the price is set after we understand yours. These are the scopes we usually work in — start at the first and carry on, or come straight in at the one that fits.

A two-week diagnostic

Fixed price, two weeks. We look at how the work really moves through your business and identify repetitive tasks that can be automated safely. At the end you get a short list, ordered by what it saves you. No commitment afterwards.

··02

Your first automation

We take one job — usually the one that eats the most hours — and hand it over to software, end to end, running for real. You see the hours it gives back before deciding on anything bigger.

··03

We run it for you

A fixed monthly fee: we build, operate and keep improving your automations. Things change, and nobody has to renegotiate a project every time they do.

Let's talk about your case

Frequently asked questions

Is my company too small for AI?

If your team does repetitive computer work — answering similar emails, moving data between systems, assembling reports — there's a use case. Size matters less than the volume of repeatable work; the assessment tells you whether the return justifies the investment.

What about the confidentiality of my data?

We define from day one which data may leave your company and which may not. We use business accounts with no-training agreements, and when the case demands it, models deployed in your own cloud.

Doesn't AI make mistakes?

It does — which is why every flow includes human approval points where errors are costly, and visible error-rate metrics. We automate the fault-tolerant, low-risk work first.

How fast do we see results?

The assessment takes 2 weeks. A typical pilot is in production 3 to 6 weeks later. You should see hours recovered in the chosen process within the first month.
