After more than ten years running technology for operations of over a thousand people — infrastructure, security, PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliance, AI put to work on real results — the same pattern kept showing up: the enterprise standard exists, but it arrives with a multinational price tag, and nobody adapts it to a company of thirty or three hundred people. Novieri exists to close that gap. The same standards we ran in corporate, priced for a company of thirty or three hundred, with our own team in Barranquilla and no layers of middlemen inflating the invoice.

Solutions architect and AI engineer with more than twelve years of experience designing and operating mission-critical production systems. He has led technology for high-availability multinational operations, with expertise spanning infrastructure, automation, application development, PCI DSS, and SOC 2.

At Novieri, Helgar leads the architecture, security, and technical delivery of every solution. He also serves as CTO of a multinational operation and holds an MBA.
