Numbers you can plan with.
Most firms make you sit through a sales call before you hear a price. Here is ours up front: every figure below is a realistic range, not a quote — the exact number depends on what your business needs, and it comes with a proposal after we understand your operation. Prices show in US dollars or Colombian pesos depending on where you're browsing from.
Managed IT
Per user, per month — you can do the math for your team before you ever talk to us.
Core
Helpdesk, monitoring, updates, and backups — the essentials, run properly.
Complete
Core plus managed security and Microsoft 365 administration. Most teams land here.
Premium
Complete plus compliance support and vCIO guidance, for teams with auditors to answer.
Onboarding is one month of service, billed once at the start. Where you land inside each range depends on the size and needs of your operation. What moves the price inside a range: users, devices, locations, servers, support hours, security tooling, and compliance requirements.
AI & automation
Start small on purpose: the assessment tells you where automation pays off before you commit to building anything.
AI Opportunity Assessment
Credited toward your first project if you go ahead.
Automation pilot
Where it lands depends on how many systems are involved.
AI Partner
Ongoing improvement, monitoring, and governance of what we build.
WhatsApp bot for restaurants & hotels
Orders, reservations, and after-hours service. Plus a monthly fee of COP 400,000 – 1,100,000 depending on scope.
What moves the price: how many systems are involved, monthly volume, human-review requirements, data sensitivity, and voice or messaging usage.
Cybersecurity & compliance
Security priced by scope, not by fear.
Security baseline
The essentials audited and fixed: identity, email, endpoints, backups.
SOC 2 / PCI DSS readiness
From gap assessment to audit-ready evidence. Compliance platform and auditor fees are separate.
Part-time security chief (vCISO)
A senior security director, a few hours a month — instead of a full-time hire.
What moves the price: the framework, the scope, how many systems are involved, which controls already exist, and how much evidence is already in place.
Custom software
Senior engineers, nearshore economics, your time zone.
Senior development
Blended senior rate. Comparable US senior rates commonly run well above this.
Discovery sprint
Scope, architecture, and an honest build-vs-buy answer before you commit to a build.
What moves the price: user roles, workflows, integrations, data migration, and reporting needs.
IT consulting
Decisions, priced by the hour they take.
Consulting / assessment
Fractional CTO
Ongoing technology leadership without the full-time hire.
What moves the price: how many decisions are on the table and how much of your current setup we need to review to answer them properly.
How to read these numbers
They are ranges, not a menu with hard rules. What moves a price: how many people and systems are involved, how much of the work is regulated, and how fast you need it. What never changes: the proposal states a number before any work starts, and the first call costs nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Are these the final prices? +
No — they're honest ranges. Where your case lands inside one depends on what your business needs; after a 30-minute call we send a proposal with an exact number, and that number is the one that counts.
Why publish prices when most firms don't? +
So you can rule us in or out without a sales process. If these ranges are far from your budget, we've saved us both a call; if they fit, you arrive knowing roughly what to expect.
Why do I see pesos (or dollars)? +
The currency follows where you're browsing from: Colombia sees pesos, everywhere else sees dollars.
How do the engagement models compare? +
Assessments and discovery sprints are fixed-price and run one to two weeks. Pilots are fixed-price projects of roughly three to six weeks. Managed IT is per user per month, billed monthly. Software builds are quoted as fixed milestones or hourly. Advisory (fractional CTO, vCISO) is hourly or a monthly retainer. Every model states its number in the proposal before work starts.
Is there a minimum engagement? +
Managed IT starts at a minimum monthly contract of COP 1,900,000. Projects are quoted fixed-price after scoping, and assessments are fixed-price from the start.
Is there a minimum engagement? +
Managed IT starts at 10 users. Projects are quoted fixed-price after scoping, and assessments are fixed-price from the start.
Who do we actually contract with? +
With Novieri S.A.S., our company in Colombia — the same way US businesses routinely work with overseas vendors. Proposals and invoices for US clients are in US dollars, and we provide the standard tax documentation a US accounting team asks of a foreign vendor (a W-8BEN-E form). Currency, terms, ownership, and data handling are all stated in the proposal before any work starts.
What might be charged separately? +
Published ranges are before VAT. Licenses, platform usage, hardware, special travel and independent audits appear as separate line items when they apply.
